One of them is medium, not unruly as such, and keeps the drool to a bare minimum. But he does like to rub his head against things and makes "narf" sounds a lot. His name is Buster. He's a Sheltie and survivor of a dog vs. car showdown that he went through in puppyhood.
The other is quite small and quite psychotic. His name is Puddles (my sister gave him that name. Personally, I would've named him Killer or Biscuit or something). People seem to have a hate-on for the smaller breeds (but T]they're not just for self-possessed starlets anymore).
But that's probably why I like my minaturized psycho killer so much. He sits where he pleases and picks fights with much bigger dogs, and people, and occasionally inanimate objects. He's not really small and yappy, he was just bred that way. :)
(No, I don't carry him around in a Louis Vuitton tote bag or anything.)

Date: 23 Apr 2006 19:45 (UTC)I don't have a hate-on for smaller breeds, as I'm a complete pushover for just about any animal I come across. I just don't consider them Dogs. Just accept the fact that my brain is a convoluted, twisty little pretzel of arbitrary and eclectic uselessness and we'll leave it at that.

Eh. To each his own, I guess. I think he's 100% dog, even if he is only 4 pounds of fightin' fury.

Probably would be why I friended you :)

"Probably would be why I friended you"
Let me know when you regret it. I keep a chart.
