It's a program that lets you log in and make entries to your journal without having to log in to the livejournal site.
I like it because it means I can make a quick entry without having to fiddle with the LJ site, and because it lets me very easily edit past entries and such.
It's for Windows, so if you have a Mac you might have to use something else. But it's a really great program. I've had fun with it.
