2. Florida wins 5-2!
3. Hot dogs
4. Ample opportunity to legimately say the words "he's got two balls!"
5. Hot tea is a thing of deliciousness

1. Did dishes
2. Finished chapter seventeen of novel. Thus only a chapter and epilogue left to write!
3. Did not crawl into bed despite sinuses and congestion that tempted me to

2 Things I Look Forward To

1. Starting chapter eighteen!
2. Not being so freakin' stuffy

Only four of those things were good. Number 2 does not qualify. But at least unlike the Marlins, we'll be in the playoffs. :)

Hahaha. Well, it looked like the Mets were just sort of taking it easy, because the game doesn't count anway.

I really think if they'd been trying the Marlins would've had to invoke the slaughter rule (if there is such a thing!)

But it's always nice to see the home team do well. Even if it's sort of giftwrapped for them like a consolation prize :)
